"Hoop Ties" joins the Tidal League Media Network

In June of 2021 when we first began working with Ahmad K. Smith on another project, we instantly knew he would be someone to watch. Ahmad is a self-described  "disciple" of the game and we here at Tidal League are so happy to be working with him once again on a new project. Launching today, and in collaboration with SLAM Media, we are excited to introduce, "Hoop Ties"

When you think of basketball you can't help but think of SLAM, they are the official basketball bible. This original show is meant to bring a truly authentic conversation on the game. “I’m excited to create a show centred around real hoops and not the gimmicks that we so often see in today's media, when it comes to coverage of the NBA. I’m looking forward to showing why I’m one of the best analysts in the game, while also creating community that is salivating for real basketball content.” says Smith, whose goal is to have a show that will break down the game with no narratives or ulterior motive in mind - simply speaking the truth as he sees it. The show will feature individuals and personnel within the League and the entire ecosystem that ties the game together.
